I’m Claire, founder of Green Tree Lane. We create hand block printed textiles made in Jaipur, India by skilled artisans who’ve been practicing this beautiful craft for generations.
Green Tree Lane was born from the idea of “home.” As an American married to someone from India, I wanted to create something that honors both of our roots and reflects the richness of our shared cultural experiences. Every design tells a piece of that story — blending the old with the new and the familiar with the unexpected. My hope is that these textiles bring beauty, meaning, and comfort to the spaces you love most.
Giving back is also a vital part of our mission. A meaningful portion of our profits goes to Apna Ghar, a women’s and children’s shelter located just steps from my husband’s childhood home in Dehradun, India. Apna ghar means “our home” in Hindi, and we couldn’t think of a more fitting place to support as we grow.
